All students who are planning to stop or leave out schooling for next semester should file for a Leave of Absence (LOA).

  1. A student may file Leave of Absence (LOA) for one semester to be approved by the Dean or Program Head and endorsed to the Registrar Office.
  2. Student lose regular status if their LOA exceed one academic year.
  3. Student who return form a leave of absence should inform the Dean or Program Head of their intention to enroll at least a week before the start of the enrollment period.
  4. Students who fail to file a LOA shall be considered Absent without Official Leave (AWOL). They may only be re-admitted on probation upon the recommendation of the Dean or Program Head.
