All students who are planning to stop or leave out schooling for next semester should file for a Leave of Absence (LOA).
- A student may file Leave of Absence (LOA) for one semester to be approved by the Dean or Program Head and endorsed to the Registrar Office.
- Student lose regular status if their LOA exceed one academic year.
- Student who return form a leave of absence should inform the Dean or Program Head of their intention to enroll at least a week before the start of the enrollment period.
- Students who fail to file a LOA shall be considered Absent without Official Leave (AWOL). They may only be re-admitted on probation upon the recommendation of the Dean or Program Head.
