1. University ID shall be free for New Freshmen Marikina Resident-Students recipients of Free Tuition Fee Education Program.
2. The amount of One Hundred and Fifty Pesos (P 150.00) shall be paid by all other students (Transferees, Returning, Old Students, Graduate Students)
3. Please bring the following:
   1. Current Registration Form (stamped as Officially Enrolled)
   2. Free Tuition Fee Education Program Voucher or Guarantee Letter (if recipient)
   3. One Hundred and Fifty Pesos (P 150.00) as payment
4. Please pay the amount of One Hundred and Fifty Pesos (P 150.00) to the person in charge of producing the identification card.
5. Please come on the following dates and venue:
